One piece construction, no frustration or broken nails putting 6 to eight hoop pieces together only to fall apart or pinch during use. No amount of normal use will cause the hoop to kink, crack, bend, or crush. To get an idea of the size of the hoop, use a tape measure and measure from the floor up 38 or 42 inches. As a general rule your hoop should fit from your belly button to the middle of your chest.
